Challenges We Tackled

The Plated Project came to us through a referral, just as they were gearing up for their next big phase. They had managed their website independently since launch, but with rapid growth ahead, expanding from India to the UAE, and a major milestone like Shark Tank around the corner, they needed a stable, reliable, and forward-thinking digital partner.

Another critical challenge emerged with time:
As brands grow, they often explore new agencies and external experts for “better solutions.” The same happened here. A freelancer brought in to “boost performance” ended up doing the opposite - breaking stability, affecting load times, and forcing WTF Media to step in and rebuild the site back to health.

Lesson learned: With growth comes noise.
